1. Introduction

MarketLeap has launched an Affiliate Program to reward individuals and businesses for introducing new brands to our E-commerce Accelerator driven by our AI-powered e-commerce operating system. Affiliates can earn a fee starting $10k for every successfully onboarded brand that joins and actively sells through MarketLeap.

2. Who can become an Affiliate?

The program is open to:

- Existing MarketLeap partners and clients

- Partners (Agencies, e-commerce consultants, service providers, etc)

- Industry professionals with relevant brand connections

- Individual affiliates who introduce qualified leads

3. How to become an Affiliate?

Send  an email to mosaed@marketleap.ai with the subject "MarketLeap Affiliate Program" and we will share with you an Affiliate agreement before you start submitting the leads.

3. Affiliate fee structure

- First qualified referral that becomes a paying MarketLeap client earns the referrer $10,000

- Every additional successful referral earns the referrer $5,000

4. Payment terms

Referral fees are paid 30 days after onboarding the brand, via bank transfer, upon receipt of an invoice. If the referred brand was already in discussions with MarketLeap prior to the referral, no commission will be granted.

5. How to refer brands

To submit a referral, request a referral agreement by sending an email with the subject "New Affiliate Request" to mosaed@marketleap.ai. Once the agreement signed, follow these steps:

- Complete the referral form below

- MarketLeap will evaluate the lead and reach out to the brand.

- If the brand signs our agreement and successfully begins selling through MarketLeap, the affiliate will receive their commission.

6. Program rules

- An affiliate must submit the lead through the official affiliate form before any engagement from MarketLeap.

- The brand’s expected annual revenues on Amazon handed over to MarketLeap exceed $750k.

- The referred brand must be new to MarketLeap (not in discussions or already onboarded).

- The brand signs is instock with MarketLeap within 120 days of the referral.

- Payments are subject to the brand maintaining an active selling status.

- MarketLeap reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time.

- The brand current employees cannot refer it to MarketLeap
